Radisson Collection Hotel, Milano
The new Radisson Collection Hotel has just opened its doors in the heart of Milan, after a complex restyling project by Studio Marco Piva.
Palazzo Bertarelli, one of the most beautiful expressions of late Art Nouveau in Milan and historic headquarters of the Italian Touring Club, now becomes the latest Milanese destination for luxury tourism.
The project aims to restore the imposing building built in 1915 to its original beauty: the 5-star hotel wants to become a reference point for an evolved tourism in constant dialogue with the city, to be at the service of both hotel guests and citizens to affirm and spread the culture of travel in Italy and around the world. The guest and the citizen find themselves immersed in a unique experience: a cultural journey between past, present and future.
The concept behind the project was articulated on three main areas of intervention, related to the monumental recovery of the facade, the need to meet new needs with the change of use and the re-functionalization of spaces.
Panzeri products are well suited to the primary purpose of the project and are inserted into the living spaces of the rooms and suites in perfect synchrony with the materials and lighting requirements of the rooms.
